Privacy Policy Initiatives
DNP LSI Design ("the Company") recognizes that it is responsible for establishing a strict and appropriate system of management for the protection of personal data in the course of its business. Accordingly, the Company has established the following privacy policy. All employees of the Company shall strive to handle, manage and maintain personal information in an appropriate manner in accordance with this policy.

- 1.The Company shall be fully aware of its mission and responsibility as a company and shall protect personal information.
- 2.The Company shall collect and use personal information in an appropriate manner, and will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned, in principle.
- 3.The Company shall take reasonable security measures and necessary corrective actions to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification or leakage of personal information held by the Company.
- 4.The Company shall comply with the laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information and other standards.
- 5.The Company shall continuously review and improve its efforts to protect personal information.

Handling of Business Contact Information
Dai Nippon Printing and DNP Group companies (hereinafter referred to as DNP Group) deal with personal information (business contacts*) obtained from business contacts as follows.
Business contacts are used for the purpose of providing the products and services of DNP Group and related information.
Business contact information* given on business cards (name, company name, affiliation, position, company address, telephone number for business use) directly acquired from the person to whom the card belongs at business venues, exhibitions, seminars, etc.
*"Business contact information" means an individual’s name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business electronic mail address or business fax number and any other similar information about the individual, unless the personal data was provided by the individual solely for use in a personal context.
