Our company receives personal information from various companies and organizations and helps them provide various services and products aimed at consumers. In addition, as part of our own business, we have been involved in developing various services and products that make effective use of personal information. Through these businesses, we have become fully aware of the importance of personal information. In addition to protecting personal information appropriately, we believe that it is our natural responsibility to practice privacy governance based on data ethics in order to protect the rights and interests of consumers, including their privacy.

We will handle personal information appropriately in accordance with our personal information protection policy.

  2. In addition to taking such steps as are necessary and appropriate to prevent the unintentional disclosure, destruction, or corruption of personal data and otherwise ensure its management and integrity, we are committed to taking corrective action without delay in the event of any problem involving personal data.
  3. We identify the purposes for which we use personal data and obtain, use, and provide it in a fair and appropriate manner. We also take steps to ensure that personal data is not used beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use that we have identified.
  4. We will work on cybersecurity measures to control uncertainty and dispel anxiety in cyberspace.
  5. We will endeavor to clarify the benefits that individuals can expect to receive from personal information held by our company and the risks to their privacy, and to explain these in an easy-to-understand and thorough manner.
  6. When carrying out contracted operations that involve handling personal data from customer companies, we use that personal data only within the scope of the contracted operations.
  7. We have put in place internal rules concerning the protection of personal data, and we build and maintain associated structures and work to improve them on an ongoing basis.
  8. We respond to complaints and questions about how we handle personal data, and about the structures we have put in place to protect it, from individuals whose personal data we have in our possession in an appropriate manner.

Purpose of use of personal information

We handle personal information in our recruiting activities. The purpose of use is as follows.

  1. Personal information is used for recruitment selection and employment procedures. However, if you join the company, it will be used as employee information within the scope necessary for employment management.
  2. In order to reply to the person who made an inquiry, we will use personal information including name and contact information from the registration information.
