Tea filling machine case study — 36,000 bph
A major beverage producer in Shizuoka adopted DNP's Green Aseptic™ PET bottle line for commercial tea production in April 2024. By combining non-thermal water sterilization with aseptic blending, the system enables efficient and sustainable beverage production. Media-fill testing confirmed stable aseptic performance with zero spoilage, while energy consumption and CO₂ emissions were reduced by approximately 80% compared with conventional UHT-based processes.
Juice filling machine case study — 54,000 bph
Asahi Breweries commissioned DNP's aseptic PET bottle filling system at its Nagoya factory in April 2021 to produce both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages. The system features aseptic carbonation technology that enables highly carbonated beverage production without downstream pasteurization while maintaining full sterility and product quality. DNP's proprietary CSIP™ technology performs Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-Place (SIP) simultaneously, reducing changeover time and improving production efficiency. The integrated solution also helps lower operating costs and environmental impact through reduced utility consumption.
Water filling machine case study — infant mineral water
Nongfu Spring, China's largest packaged water producer, introduced a 1 L natural mineral water for infants using DNP's aseptic PET bottle filling system. The project demonstrated reliable aseptic filling for a uniquely shaped PET bottle while achieving chemical-free bottle and cap sterilization. The system supports the production of safe, high-quality mineral water while reinforcing Nongfu Spring's “natural & healthy” brand philosophy.
