DNP Safmalle for Exterior

DNP Safmalle* for Exterior is a high-quality decorative film suitable for exterior applications, including doors, windows, and facades. Our unique EB* topcoat, developed by controlling the formulation of weather-resistant agents and the cross-linking density of the coating film, protects colours and designs from fading due to UV radiation or other weathering effects. With over 15 years of production experience in Japan, our product is free from dangerous VOCs and substances such as formaldehyde, toluene and xylene. It is also 100% PVC-free, and we avoid using PFAS, which have environmental concerns.

DNP Safmalle for Exterior offers excellent weather resistance performance in exterior application through EB technology.

Test Method：ISO4892-2

DNP achieved superior surface properties by original EB coating technologies.
Compared to Heat curing or UV curing, EB curing is more consistent in quality and better in properties.
It also saves energy, cuts off CO2 emission and eliminates the solvent.

Remarks : Primer applied on the back side of the film Sheet.
Compatibility of the glue and the primer needs to be examined during the manufacturing process.
