Surface design means to design the product surface where people touch. The surface which consists of Color, Material and Finish/CMF is an important factor which appeals to people’s emotions through sense of sight and touch. The core strength of DNP's automotive interior surface design is "EB technology"*1. “EB” stands for Electron Beam. Using this EB technology, DNP's design film has strong protective layer, which has scratch resistance and stain resistance, while keeping flexibility.
With this EB technology and design development capability, DNP offers virtually unlimited designs, from real wood like to metallic like patterns, from high to low gloss finishes, textured film which has haptic feelings on the product surface during injection molding process, and backlit film*2. All the films have high weatherability and scratch resistance with high definition design.
