"Future Standards"

Where Diverse People Gather and
“Seeds of Value”
Begin to Grow

An Open, Verdant Space for
TAIWA (Dialogue) and Cooperation

In the Ichigaya district, surrounded by Ichigaya no mori (Ichigaya Forest), DNP has consolidated the sales, planning, technology, development, and other functions of its business divisions into buildings named after the local neighborhoods—such as Ichigaya-Kagacho, Ichigaya-Takajomachi, and Ichigaya-Sanaicho. By bringing together approximately 10,000 employees, the area serves as a hub that promotes TAIWA (dialogue) and cooperation, fostering the creation of new value in collaboration with external partners.

The Ichigaya district is not only a symbolic location where DNP creates “future standards” through its business activities, but also a place where people and nature coexist and grow together, even in the heart of Tokyo, through Ichigaya no mori. It embodies the vision of creating “future standards” that evolve hand in hand with the community.

A Culture Shaped by
Diversity and Co-Creation

DNP leverages its unique strengths in P&I (Printing & Information) and deepens collaboration with external partners to create new value that contributes to a better society and enriches people’s lives.

Forests—where diverse plants and wildlife thrive within natural cycles connecting people and nature—serve as a socially beneficial presence that fosters empathy among employees and local residents. They also play an important role as spaces that nurture DNP’s corporate culture.

Transforming Social Issues and People's Expectations Into "Value"

Under the brand statement “Creating future standards,” DNP is committed to creating value that contributes to a sustainable society and enriches people’s lives—ultimately making that value a natural part of everyday life.

To strengthen the management foundation that supports this “value creation,” we have identified three priority areas: enhancing human capital, enhancing intellectual capital, and advancing environmental initiatives. With a consistent focus on the coexistence of our business activities with the global environment, we promote environmentally conscious practices throughout the entire supply chain.

The Ichigaya district embodies this commitment to the environment and will continue to serve as a point of engagement with society and the local community, contributing to the realization of sustainable and fulfilling lifestyles.
