Aiming for social well-being
Arts and culture are essential to achieving the social well-being that gives people joy and inspiration in life.
With the aim of realizing this, the DNP Group is working to provide opportunities for interaction with art and culture, develop new ways to enjoy art by utilizing its P&I (printing and information) technology and know-how, and build models for new cultural experiences that utilize the latest digital technologies such as virtual and augmented reality.
Promotion of graphic design and graphic art
Under the motto, "Making a commitment to long-lasting cultural activities related to our printing business," DNP is focused on the visual arts field, which is closely linked with printing. In cooperation with the DNP Foundation for Cultural Promotion, we operate a gallery centered on planning exhibitions of graphic design and graphic art.

Future cultural experiences
DNP is promoting the "DNP Museum Lab," which aims to build high-definition digital archives of cultural assets and works of art, as well as work in collaboration with museums in countries and regions around the world to develop new ways of appreciating these objects.

See the origins of printing technology at "Ichigaya Letterpress Factory"
Since its founding in 1876, DNP has continued to support publishing culture through the printing of books and magazines.
The "Ichigaya Letterpress Factory" offers a reproduction of part of the letterpress printing factory—which could be said to be the origin of DNP—with all the machines on display in working order. You can also enjoy special exhibitions and workshop events related to printing and bookmaking.
DNP's original typeface "Shueitai"
DNP's original typeface, "Shueitai," is a movable-type font that has supported publishing and printing culture from the Meiji era to the present day. Currently, it is used in publishing as well as in many familiar scenes in daily life, such as advertisements, packaging, videos, and web media.
