Tokyo, July 12, Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (DNP) and SUSHI TOP MARKETING Inc. (SUSHI TOP MARKETING) have entered into an operational alliance. SUSHI TOP MARKETING provides NFT distribution services and token graph marketing¹ solutions. The two companies will joint research aiming to create new services that bring together content creators of anime, manga, and game with their fans. 

As the first step, we will develop NFT services to record fan activities on blockchain. The NFT will be designed as SoulBound Token (SBT), a non-transferable Non-Fungible Token (NFT) announced by Vitalik Buterin, a co-founder of Ethereum.

1: A marketing method to make assumptions of NFT holders attributes and preferences by using information found on the holders wallet and then send new NFTs of products and services relating to such preferences.

Features of the Operational Alliance

- The companies will work towards the development of structures and services that provide fans, in a simple manner, with NFTs that verifies proof of participation in content-related events and product purchases. The companies will also joint research into mechanisms that allows fans to feel special depending on the acquired NFT. 

- As the first initiative of this business alliance, the partners will issue an NFT for fans to follow and support a dialogue project between illustrators.
