Establishing a Positive Feedback Loop Where Investment in Human Resources Enhances Corporate Value

The DNP Group's universal and fundamental approach to people has been established and published as the Human Capital Policy. This policy clarifies the desire for each employee to develop their strengths and grow into a human resource capable of contributing to society (both inside and outside the company), as well as the belief that "we value our employees, and the company grows because of those employees, and those employees enrich society".
