Background and Exhibition Overview
The DNP Group began manufacturing ink ribbons for thermal transfer printers -- suitable for printing barcodes and 2D codes on various labels, as well as variable information on food packaging -- in the 1980s, and has since expanded its diverse product lineup for the global market.
In recent years, there has been a trend toward relocating manufacturing bases from China to Vietnam and establishing new factories there: demand for barcode printing on labels and packaging is thus expected to grow in Vietnam's food, consumer goods, and industrial products sectors. Through this exhibition, the DNP Group will strengthen its offerings in the Vietnamese market, focusing primarily on applications for printing variable information, such as dates and production numbers, on food and beverage packaging.
Ink Ribbons That Meet a Wide Range of Printing Needs in Manufacturing
At this exhibition, we will showcase the V670, a thermal transfer ink ribbon capable of producing clear prints on both plastic and paper packaging, eliminating the need to switch ink ribbons depending on the packaging material. It also offers excellent resistance to abrasion on the printed surface, making it ideal for printing variable information, such as dates, production numbers, lot numbers, and barcodes, required on food and beverage packaging.

Future Plans
The DNP Group aims to expand sales of thermal transfer ink ribbons by addressing growing demand for food and beverage packaging in the Vietnamese market. Additionally, we will further expand our business in the Southeast Asian, based on customer feedback and market needs gathered at this exhibition.
