General Employer Action Plan
The DNP Group has formulated the following action plan to become a company that contributes to promoting women's participation in the workplace and supporting the development of the next generation.
Action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace
The Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace (Women's Participation Promotion Act) was enacted to create an environment in which women can demonstrate their abilities and play an active role in their professional lives according to their wishes. The DNP Group has formulated the General Employer Action Plan based on this act.
DNP Group companies certified as Eruboshi companies that promote women's participation in the workplace and their action plans
The Eruboshi certification is a certification system established based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace (Women's Participation Promotion Act) enacted in 2015, and is available to companies that have demonstrated excellent efforts to promote women's participation and advancement.

Action plan for nurturing the next generation
The rapid decline in the birthrate will have a serious impact on Japan's economy and society. Therefore, the government, local governments, companies, and other parties must work together to implement measures to address this issue.
In accordance with the Law for Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, enacted and promulgated in July 2003, the DNP Group has formulated a specific action plan, including encouraging men to take childcare leave.
DNP Group Companies certified as "Kurumin" companies that support childcare and their action plans
Kurumin certification is given to companies that have formulated a general employer action plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, have achieved the goals set out in the plan, and meet certain standards. Upon application, they are certified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as childcare support companies.
