DNP Group Quality and Product Safety Policy

The DNP Group practices Quality Management to earn society's trust by prioritizing the safety and quality of our products and services as part of our corporate social responsibility. By doing so, the DNP Group aims to realize our corporate philosophy: "The DNP Group connects individuals and society, and provides new value."
To strengthen our Quality Management, we commit to the following initiatives:

    We comply with laws, regulations, standards, and other norms related to the safety and quality of our products and services.
  • Information Gathering
    We continuously gather information on the safety and quality requirements for our products and services, and provide offerings that exceed our customers' needs and expectations.
  • Safety and Reliability Evaluation
    In developing and providing products and services, we conduct thorough evaluations to ensure high safety and quality, including assessments of safety and reliability.
  • Information Provision
    We provide customers with accurate and easy-to-understand information about the safety and quality of our products and services to prevent accidents.
  • Accident Response
    In the event of an accident related to the safety or quality of our products and services, we promptly gather information, provide safety-related information to customers, recall products, report to relevant authorities, and take other appropriate actions to prevent further damage.
  • Management System
    We establish and operate a management system that complies with international standards to ensure the safety and quality of our products and services, and we continuously evaluate and improve the system to enhance its effectiveness.
  • Education and Training
    To ensure all officers and employees actively participate in the DNP Group's quality management, we promote awareness of this policy and related internal regulations through ongoing education and training, enhancing their awareness and capabilities regarding product and service safety and quality.
  • Efforts Across the Supply Chain
    We work to maintain and improve the safety and quality of our products and services throughout the entire supply chain, from procurement of raw materials and supplies to planning, design, development, manufacturing, inspection, logistics, sales, and after-sales care.
